Under operational conditions, the waste gas initially undergoes pre-treatment in the dry filter pre-treatment box to eliminate particulate matter, ensuring optimal zeolite adsorption efficiency. Sequential filtration employing materials like G4, F7, F9 effectively removes dust and viscous substances.
Subsequently, pre-treated waste gas enters the fixed bed adsorption area, where VOCs are adsorbed and purified before direct discharge upon meeting emission standards. Upon saturation, the fixed bed undergoes desorption facilitated by fresh air introduced via the catalytic combustion fan, heated to desorption temperature in the heat exchanger, enabling regeneration.
The high-concentration waste gas produced during desorption is preheated and further heated by an electric heater or natural gas combustion engine, reaching catalyst activity temperature before entering the catalytic bed. Here, oxidation and decomposition reactions occur, releasing heat, and resulting high-temperature gases are discharged after heat exchange with the desorption heat exchanger.
The heat generated by the oxidation reaction is utilized to heat the desorbed gas through the heat exchanger, minimizing energy consumption during system operation. Surplus heat can be redirected to heat other areas of the facility.
